How it works
Genius You takes a systematic approach to how the mind works, so you can learn how to use your thinking mind to your advantage.
We do this by activating the things that make you incredible as a person; your ability to see, to understand, and choose who you want to be.
These abilities always exist, but they are often smothered in doubt and negative programming. But, when you dust them off, polish them up and give them the process they can work with – they start working and your life changes.
You see
This part of the programme is a revelation because it enables you to see your set up and how the parts of your mind work together.
Self-observation
360 – interviewing five significant people across your life.
Mapping your operating system
Tracking how you create.
You understand
The next step is learning a new set-up and how to create the system that works for you.
Reframing using your new understandings
Learning how to use your emotions positively.
Understanding your default programming.
You choose
Now you are ready to learn how to short circuit the default programming that limits you, and how to create new ways to operate.
Defence smashing
Strategy and implementation
Throughout the process you will be directed, guided and supported by a personal strategist.
Who is Genius You
Simone-Ellen Keller
Founder + People Strategist
Let me tell you a bit about myself.
My mother can testify that I’ve been trying to fix people forever.
Why? I’ve always been able to see people’s brilliance and the bits that were broken that were holding them back.
When I was 10, I remember rushing into my friend’s house, yelling... I just saw the most brilliant thing. Gently she said to me, Simone, you say that 17 times a day.
I think seeing brilliance is burnt into my retinas; it’s how I see the world. It is why I was good at what I did when I worked as a brand strategist.
Working as a strategist was when I discovered my ability to identify the hidden parts of an organisation or business. More often than not, these were the most unique and beneficial features or qualities. Then I got them working together, to enable brilliance.
Seven years ago, I decided to use the way I practised branding and apply it to people. I discovered it was a lot more complicated for people, but I worked and honed the programme. Now Genius You is where I want it to be – working for everyone. They say ‘good things take time’; to borrow an expression from that famous cheese ad.
What I’ve created is a self-understanding programme that teaches us how to harness our minds. I have discovered that when we know how we work – how we make choices, how we handle emotions – we’re on the way to becoming brilliant.
I created this programme for me, my kids and for you. Genius You can work for everyone, and I’m excited because my 10-year-old self keeps telling me that the world can be brilliant.
